Invitation to Café Neko
Café Neko has newly opened in Vienna. Neko is Japanese and means cat. Café Neko is not a cafe for cats but with them. The six cats, Moritz, Luca, Haru, Momo, Sonia und Thomas come from the Vienna animal shelter and are known as very tame and playful. They have a lot of places of their own in the cafe, so you have to be kind to them if you want to cuddle one or the other. The Café Neko is run by a Japanese woman and her Austrian husband, they offer Japanese teas as well as cakes, snacks and juices from regional producers. If you love cats but cannot have one at home it could be a good alternative to have a cat cafe nearby. Meow!
